I’ve always had a passion for group fitness classes and I’m thrilled to invite you to my studio space, Sol’s Fitness! As a passionate instructor, I motivate adults to become physically active and gain a healthy independent life style. I insure that my programs will benefit my clients on all levels of mind, body and soul.
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor with Namaskar Studio, certified S.P.R.A. Course Conductor and Fitness Leader, Urban Poling Nordic Walking Instructor as well as Forever…in motion Health Educator with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. I have been leading fitness classes for over 10 years in private and public communities in Saskatchewan. Currently, I'm in the process of completing my 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Mala in Regina.
My speciality is working with older adults (50 +) in both group or private classes such as:
